Malta flag colors
Malta documents its red as Pantone 186 C and then does something almost nobody else does: it also gives the ink recipe, fifty percent rubine red and fifty percent warm red. That is a specification written for a printer rather than for a designer, and it leaves no room to argue about what the colour is.
